4. The WLAN settings menu (Figure 74) contains a series of option selections that you will use
to configure communications settings for the scanner unit:
5. You must now configure each scanner so it can successfully communicate with Access Point
and your local area network by entering the following settings:
Subnet Mask
Local IP Address
Gateway
DNS Server
Server IP
Server Port
Many of the network settings you will enter for the following menu options
are dependent on your local area network, Access Point and CIPHER Scanner
Agent settings you previously recorded in the Settings Worksheet when
performing the tasks in Section 4.2.2 (Installing and Configuring Access
Appendix A: Using Wireless Scanners with Furniture Wizard
