Print Unit Positioning (Vertical Address Positioning)

The print units are the device that contains the pen stalls and inkjet cartridges. To adjust the vertical position of the
address (printed image) on the media, you must move the Print Units to the desired print positions.
1. Loosen the Print Unit Securing Knobs. See
2. Slide the Print Units to the desired positions as shown in
3. Tighten the Print Unit Securing Knobs.
4. Envelope Imager XT 3.0 Only. Reposition the Paper Transport Guide [A] so that it helps hold down the
media before it enters under cartridges 1, 2 or 6, as shown in
Note: The printer's default orientation is "up-side-down" as viewed from the operator side. This is considered
"normal" orientation. Horizontal print position is adjusted via your software (mailing program).
