5.1.3 DRESSING THE GRINDING WHEEL

In case too much dusts exist on the grinding wheel surface or its surface is not smooth,
then you should apply a diamond dresser to dress the grinding wheel.

The diamond dresser should be mounted to align with the spindle center with a 5~10°
tilting angle. If the diamond dresser become dull, you can turn the diamond dresser 90°
for use. If it becomes dull again, you can turn it 90° for use, shown as figure below.
3.
Do not dress the grinding wheel too much at a time. The correct dressing method is
starting dressing from the center of grinding wheel.
