(a) Touch on a group name to select it.
(b) Press the Add button (1) to add this group name to the list.
(c) Repeat (a) and (b) as required to create the list.
(d) Press the OK button (2) to place the list in the To destination field.

(a) Select to search by User Name (1) or Fax Number (2) as appropriate.
(b) Enter the name or number using the soft keyboard as press OK to search.
(c) Select the required entry from the search results.
