press the Goodbye key to reject the second
incoming call.
press the Goodbye key to hang up on the active
call so you can answer the second incoming call.
press the "Ignore" softkey to ignore the second
incoming call and remain on the active call

press the "Answer" softkey to answer the
second incoming call.
