I have the H1L-1P parasol patio heather that I used for several years under my parasol and would like to know if its recommended to use it without the parasol ( i.e. no weather / rain protection ) ?

No, the Hiland HLI-1P patio heater is designed to clamp onto a secured vertical parasol pole and should only be used in dry, ventilated areas. It is not intended for use in wet or moist environments such as bathrooms or areas exposed to rain.
