Precaution!
The Powder Coating paint process has become the
most common widely used application in the outdoor
furniture category. Unfortunately powder coating is
extremely sensitive to Humidity and Moisture. A
simple process to protect your furniture, especially
flat surfaces is to apply a simple coat of good quality
car wax prior to using. If this process is done every
few months it will protect your furniture for years
to come.
INSTALLER/ASSEMBLER: Leave this

  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Line up holes on the bracket of wheel assembly (J) with the corresponding holes on base (I), then insert M8 x 16 mm bolts (BB) through holes. Hand tighten with Fill sand M8 flange nuts (AA). Be sure the wheel assembly (J) is parallel to the base (I).

Note: If necessary for proper alignment of reflector sections, loosen each bolt prior to further assembly and retighten after sections are aligned. 9. 9-1.Slide two reflector panels together.   • Page 11 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS The knob on the LP tank must be closed. Make sure that the knob is turned clockwise to a full stop. The cylinder supply system must be arranged for vapor withdrawal. Check that the control knob on the control unit is turned off.

    OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS WARNING FOR YOUR SAFETY Be careful when attempting to manually ignite this heater. Holding in the control knob for more than 10 seconds before igniting the gas will cause a ball of flame upon ignition. When heater is ON: Emitter screen will become bright red due to intense heat.

    OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS Heater is away from gasoline or other flammable liquids or vapors. Heater is away from windows, air intake openings, sprinklers and other water sources. Heater is at least 36" on top and at least 36" on sides from combustible materials. Heater is on a hard and level surface.

Inspect the entire hose assembly at least annually, disassembling the reflector and burner. Inspect the hose assembly for evidence of excessive abrasion, cuts, or wear.
