Malfunction
Striding belt will not start

Symptom: Workout Pause: "Notify Maintenance"
Probable Cause
Insufficient power.
Loose connections at drive
motor.
Damage to drive motor
assembly.
Loose connections at motor
controller.
Faulty motor controller.
Corrective Action

Plug into electrical outlet with proper
voltage and amperage requirements.

Inspect all connections.
±
Use a voltmeter to measure the Ohms
between the two blue wires of the drive
motor wire harness. If the connection is
open, replace the drive motor assembly.
±
Inspect drive motor for damage to pulley
or drive motor belt.
±
Inspect all connections.
±
Switch motor controllers with another
working 9000 Treadmill. Replace if
defective.
