Lifestride Model 9000 Treadmill
How To...REMOVE AND REPLACE THE DISPLAY WIRE HARNESS
Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, hex key wrench set
Step 1
Turn the power OFF by unplugging the unit at the wall outlet.
Step 2
Remove the DISPLAY CONSOLE (See "How To...").
Step 3
Remove the HANDLEBAR (See "How To...").
Step 4
Remove the two SCREWS securing the base of the LEFT HANDRAIL to the FRAME and slowly lift the HANDRAIL
to allow you to disconnect the 9 or 10-PIN CONNECTORS within. Set the HANDRAIL to the side.

Tie some string between the new and worn WIRE HARNESS. Gently pull the old WIRE HARNESS out of the
HANDRAIL replacing it with the new. (Both ends are female).
Step 6
Reconnect the 9 or 10-PIN CONNECTORS at the base of the HANDRAIL. Align the mounting holes in the
HANDRAIL with those in the FRAME and reinstall the two SCREWS finger tight only at this point.
NOTE: BE CAREFUL NOT TO PINCH WIRES BETWEEN THE HANDRAIL, FRAME OR DISPLAY CONSOLE.
Step 7
Reverse Steps 1 through 3 to return all parts to their proper positions.
