Camera housing and accessories
of the cable into the correspondent
support circuit socket, identified by
J2 (Heater). (Figure 3, point 3).
6. Reposition the internal support slide
and close the housing.
The circuit is also able to provide the
power supply for a camera.
While powering the circuit from an external
source, pay attention to the type of working
voltage and use the correct power supply
Kit, according to requirements.
How to install the camera power supply
This chapter describes how to install the
camera power supply option into the hou-
sing. There are two types of camera power
supply depending on requirements.
One model has an input voltage from 100
VAC to 240 VAC with an output voltage of
12 VDC, 1A.
The other has an input voltage of 230 VAC
and an output voltage of 24 VAC, 400mA.
1. Open the housing as described
before.
2. Position the camera power supply in
the provided seating (Figure 4, point
1) parallel to the support ribs.
3. Fix the power supply to the body of
the housing using the corner bracket
and screws supplied in the camera
power supply kit.
4. Insert the six-pin connector at the end
of the cable into the correspondent
one on the support circuit, identified
by J5. (Figure 4, point 2).
7. Close the housing.
When the circuit is powered by an
external source care must be taken to
the type of voltage used and, depending on
requirements, to the correct power supply
kit. When installing the optional camera
power supply it is not necessary to remove
any previously installed component.
How to install the blower kit
This chapter describes how to install the
blower kit option into the housings that are
not equipped with it. The blower kit can be
supplied in three different configurations
depending on the power supply voltage.
110-240 VAC power supply:
1. Open the housing as described
before.
2. Fix the blower inside the body of the
housing, using the corner bracket and
screws supplied (1 position for the
420mm version and 2, at choise, for
the 360mm version) (Figure 7).
3. Insert the two pin connector at the
end of the cable into the correspon-
ding one indicated by J6 (FAN) on
the support circuit (Figure 9).
4. Install the camera power supply sup-
plied with the blower kit as described
in the section ""Installing the power
supply".
5. Close the housing.
12VDC power supply:
1. Open the housing as described
before.
2. Fix the blower inside the body of the
housing, using the corner bracket and
supplied screws (1 position for the
420mm version and 2, at choise, for
the 360mm version) (Figure 7).
3. Insert the two pin connector at the
end of the cable into the correspon-
ding one indicated by J6 (FAN) on
the support circuit (Figure 9).
4. In this housing the ventilation kit is
supplied with a connector fitted with
the appropriate connections to make
the support circuit compatible with
operation at the power supply volta-
ge available. This connector should
be inserted into the correspondent
one marked J5, on the supplied cir-
cuit.
5. Close the housing.

24VAC power supply:
1. Open the housing as described
before.
2. Fix the blower and its corresponding
support circuit inside the body of the
housing, using the corner bracket and
screws supplied (1 position for the
420mm version and 2, at choise, for
the 360mm version) (Figure 7).
3. Insert the two pin connector at the
end of the cable into the correspon-
dent one identified by J6 (FAN) on the
support circuit (Figure 9).
4. In this case the blower kit is supplied
with a connector, fitted with the
appropriate connections, to make the
support circuit compatible with the
functioning using the present power
supply voltage.
This connector should be inserted into
the correspondent one indicated by
J5, on the circuit supplied.
5. Close the housing.
The terminal board marked J4 can
be used to take off the main power
supply voltage coming from an external
source. When the circuit is powered by an
external source care must be taken to check
the type of working voltage and use the
correct power supply Kit, according to
requirements.
The blower kit should be assembled accor-
ding to the instructions (Figure 7) to ensure
a correct air circulation inside the housing.
