Press the [Remove] quick key.

Pull the cover latch and open the printer cover.

Remove the cartridge.

Holding the replacement media cartridge with its label facing
up, insert it into the cartridge holding area (see the next
figure) and press it down lightly.
The cartridge should fit in snugly. If it doesn't, pull the
media channel latch downwards to enable the

cartridge to move into place. (The latch is between the media
cartridge and the ribbon cartridge.)

Close the printer cover firmly so that you can hear and feel
that it latches.
