6. Turn on the metronome.

Choose the SONAR menu item Option|Project, and click the Metronome tab.

Select the "Use Audio Metronome" check box.

In the Output field, select "VS-100 OUT 1-2" as the metronome's output port.

Click "OK."

In SONAR's toolbar, double-click the tempo display and enter the desired tempo.
Enter a numerical value from your computer keyboard, and press the Enter key to confirm it.
