7. Troubleshooting Problem Solution TR-203A cannot receive GPS signals. Take your TR-203A outdoors and away from tall buildings and trees. Remain stationary for several minutes to get the necessary GPS information from satellites. TR-203A cannot turn “ON”. 1. Verify if the battery is fully charged.
