component of the CR and the PBR on and off.
Low: OFF, High: ON (applied charge voltage)
Constant-frequency pulse signal that provides the source of
oscillation for generating the AC component of the CR

oscillation for generating the AC component of the DB
(Development Bias) in the HVPS
