Modem error control negotiation.
If error control negotiation fails, keep the non-error
control connection.
If error control negotiation fails, disconnect the call
(hang-up).
Set transmission power level; ranges from -8 dBm
to -15 dBm. (Default: -11 dBm)
Action taken when line quality changes.
The modem will not act on poor signal quality.
Retrain action taken if signal quality is poor. (See

Adaptive rate, automatic fall-back or forward.
