Gentle bake

The Gentle bake function is ideal for
bakes and gratins which require a crisp
top.
The temperature can be set between
100 and 250 °C.
^ Select Functions
^ Touch "Gentle bake" and alter the
recommended temperature, if
necessary.
^ Follow the instructions in the display.
