HID M BOUT ODES The latest versions of the CHS 7X and 7XRx support two kinds of Bluetooth connections (known as Bluetooth profiles): SPP (Serial Port Profile) and HID (Human Interface Device), each with its advantages and disadvantages. By default, the CHS is set to HID mode for Keyboard devices, which requires no software installation.

TTACHING THE ETHER PTIONAL 1. Use a coin or screwdriver to unlock and remove the battery cover. Turn the lock underneath the scanner to a horizontal position to unlock. 2. Remove the battery cover. The Bluetooth Device Address (BDA) is printed on a label inside the battery compartment.
