CORRECTION
• Use a meter and check the receptacle
voltage against the data plate
• Check heating elements per Heating
Elements Section
• Tighten
• Replace wire and clean connectors
• Check contactor per Heating Contactors
Section
Installation Section of Operator's Manual
• Refer to Installation Section of Operator's
Manual
• Calibrate temperature probe if ± 10° off;
if more than ± 10° off, replace temperature
probe
• Check mercury contactor for not opening;
replace if necessary (elec. unit)
• Replace control board if heat indicator stays
on past ready temperature
• At end of cook cycle, drain shortening and
clean
• Use recommended shortening
• Refer to the Filtering the Shortening
