Description
Enables or disables the event logging
function of the system
When this item is set to Enabled, the event
log is cleared and this parameter is set to
Disabled for the next system bootup.
Opens the system event log file for viewing
BIOS checks the bad processors and
memory modules during the POST
process. When this parameter is enabled,
it will make a log of this operation.
ECC (error correcting code) tests the
accuracy of data as it passes in and out of
memory. When this parameter is enabled,
single-bit and multi-bit memory errors will
be recorded in the event log.
PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) is
a 32-bit bus that supports a 64-bit
extension for new processors, such as
Pentium processors. It can run at clock
speeds of 33 or 66 MHz. When this
parameter is enabled, any PCI device error
will be recorded in the event log.
When this parameter is enabled, any
instance of AC power lost will be
monitored and logged in the event log.
When this parameter is enabled, only the
the system's healthy memory size is
displayed during the POST process.
Allow system to be reset automatically
when a specific watch dog timer event
occurs.
