RECORD, PLAY OR DELETE MEMOS

Memos are your own recorded messages used as reminders for yourself or others
using the same answering system. You can record your own memos using a system
handset. Playback and delete them in the same way as incoming messages.
To record a memo:
Press MENU when the phone is not in use. And then press

Press SELECT and

Press SELECT and the handset displays RECORDING. Now speak into handset to

Press SELECT to confirm.

CALL SCREENING

Use this feature to choose whether incoming messages can be heard while they are
being recorded.
