INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS C-TCB-10

TOOLS REQUIRED:

3/16" Allen wrench
3/8" Standard Socket Set
3/8" Metric Socket Set

HARDWARE:

1 Pole support assembly
1 Telescoping pole
1 Under floor plate
1 Lateral support brace
1 Side support brace
2 ¼-20 Nylock nut
1 5/16-18 Nylock nut
2 3/8-16 Nylock nut
4 ¼" Flat washer
1 5/16" Flat washer
5 3/8" Flat washer
2 ¼-20 x ¾" Hex head bolt
2 3/8-16 x ¾" Hex head bolt
1 3/8-16 x 1 ¼" Hex head bolt
Read all instructions before installing any Havis-Shields Equipment Corp products.
Check for obstructions (Wire, brake lines, fuel tank, etc.) before drilling any holes!
Use hardware provided with install kit

SUB ASSEMBLY:

1. Confirm receipt of all hardware and components.
2. Remove front passenger seat base trim.

INSTALLATION:

1. MOUNT POLE SUPPORT ASSEMBLY:

• Align pole support assembly's slotted hole with similar slot on seat base and loosely
attach using 3/8-16 x ¾" bolt, washer and nut.
• Loosely attach smaller slot on assembly to seat base using ¼-20 x ¾"
• Repeat these processes attaching the side support brace to passenger seat base.
• Now loosely attach the side support brace and lateral (forward) support base to pole
assembly using 5/16" Nylock nut.
