Assemble Handle Bar
Assembly hardware required:
Step 1: Attach HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY (#21) to SEAT FRAME (#23) with the 4
ALLEN BOLTS 16mm (#5) and 4 FLAT WASHERS (#15). Tighten bolts with the
provided Allen wrench.
