Rectifying Malfunctions
It is possible that any malfunction has been caused by a minor error,

What to do if ...
... the hotplates do not work?
Check whether
• the corresponding hotplate is switched on.
• the switch is set to the correct heat setting.
• the circuit breaker (at the household fuse box) has tripped or the
fuse has blown.
If you cannot rectify the fault with the help of the information
given above, please contact an electrician.
