Pairing the navigation device and the mobile
phone
1. Make your mobile phone search for a Bluetooth device.
Note
Each mobile phone uses different paths to do this. Read the instruc-
tions of your mobile phone under all circumstances for this reason.
2. You will be requested to enter a PIN code (at least 4 digits) as soon as your
mobile phone has found the navigation device.
3. Also repeat the entering of the PIN code on your navigation device.
4. Your mobile phone will be recognized and the hands free facility through
the navigation system will now be available to you.
Note
This procedure will have to be repeated as soon as you switch the
navigation device off or a spatial distance arises between your mobile
phone and the navigation device.
