Setting or changing a password
The Web configurator for the router is secured with the password "0000" by default. To pre-
vent unauthorised changes to the router configuration, you should change the password
from time to time.

If you have forgotten your router password, you will have to reset your Gigaset CE 450 IP R at the base
station (page 56). Please note that doing so will reset all settings on the base station phone and the

entry is made.
