Activating/deactivating the ringer

All mobile units ring immediately to signal an incoming external call
– collective call (factory setting). The calls can be accepted at all mo-
bile units by pressing the talk key
However, you can deactivate the ring on individual mobile units –
these mobile units no longer ring when external calls are received.
Initiate the setting.
Enter the system PIN and confirm (factory setting: 0000) – all mobile
units "with" ringer are displayed.
Enter the internal call numbers of the mobile unit:
– call number is displayed = ringer on,
– call number is not displayed = ringer off.
Save the setting and terminate the function.
Setting the ring delay/collective call/
direct inward dialling
This function allows you to switch from collective call (factory setting)
to ring delay or direct inward dialling:
– If collective call is activated, all mobile units ring immediately
when external calls are received.
– If ring delay is activated, calls are signalled first at the priority mo-
bile unit and then at the other mobile units, for example, after 4
rings. The priority mobile unit and the ring delay (number of rings)
must first be defined.
– If direct inward dialling is activated, an external caller can call a
specific mobile unit directly (see p. 13).
Initiate the setting.
Enter the system PIN and confirm
(factory setting: 0000).
Set collective call.
Set the ring delay.
Set direct inward dialling.
Save the setting and terminate the function.
