Activating/ deactivating music on hold

This refers to the music that the caller hears when placed on hold,
e.g. during an internal enquiry call.
Initiate the setting.
Enter and confirm the base station system PIN
(factory setting: 0000).
For example, activate music on hold.
Deactivate = 0; activate = 1
Save the setting and terminate the function.

Setting pauses

Pause after picking up an outside line
You can use this function to set the length of the pause that is auto-
matically inserted after you have pressed the talk key
the call number is transmitted.
Initiate the function.
Enter and confirm the base station system PIN
(factory setting: 0000).
Enter the pause length.
1 second = 1; 3 seconds = 2; 7 length = 3; 2.5 length = 4
Confirm the setting and terminate the function.
Pause after the recall key
You can use this function to set the length of the pause that is inserted
with the recall key
.
Initiate the function.
Enter and confirm the base station system PIN
(factory setting: 0000).
Enter the pause length.
0.8 seconds = 1; 1.6 seconds = 2; 3.2 seconds = 3
Save the setting and terminate the function.
