Changing personal settings

Personal settings control the information about you as a subscriber on
NEAXMail AD-120 and some of the choices you make for interacting
with NEAXMail AD-120.
Recorded name
Your recorded name plays with messages that you
leave for other subscribers and identifies you in directory assistance. It
also plays with any of your greetings that use system default record-
ings instead of your own recordings.
Password
Your password protects the privacy of your messages. If
you forget your NEAXMail AD-120 phone password, your system
administrator creates a temporary password for you. Then, the next
time you log on, you are prompted to create a new one.
Directory listing status
When you are listed in the directory, callers
can reach you through directory assistance.
NEAXMail AD-120 conversation language
more than one language installed on NEAXMail AD-120, you can select
the language in which you hear the NEAXMail AD-120 conversation
when you log on. (Your system administrator sets the language in
which callers hear the NEAXMail AD-120 conversation.)
NEAXMail AD-120 text-to-speech language
guage in which NEAXMail AD-120 plays your e-mail messages and cal-
endar. The text-to-speech language can be different from the language
in which you hear the NEAXMail AD-120 conversation.
NEAXMail AD-120 conversation menus
brief menus when you interact with NEAXMail AD-120 by phone. Full
menus provide comprehensive instructions, and brief menus provide
abbreviated versions of full menus.
