Problem when Using Combination of Two or More Thin Clients

Failed to display images or animation of PowerPoint or Web page:
While disconnecting US40a from the virtual PC without logging off and

reconnecting to another Thin Client, ensure that the color depth is same for both
the first and second connections. For example, if the color depth of the first
connection of US40a to a virtual PC is 16 bits, then set the color depth of the next
connection to the other Thin Client (e.g.: US100 or RDP Client of WindowsXP) to
16 bits. When the color depths are not same for both the first and second
connections, PowerPoint images and Web pages may not appear in the second
connection. If there is a possibility that US40a may get connected from Thin
Client having different color depth, in such case, do not disconnect US40a from
the client at end of work rather log off US40a from the virtual PC. Especially, do
not set the color depth to 15 bits for RDP connection of US100 in environment
where US40a and US100 are used together. If the color depth is set to 15 bits,
multimedia contents may not appear.

Problems with Connections of RDP/ICA/Internet Time

Problems with Built-in USB SmartCard Reader

Built-in USB SmartCard reader is disabled:
At the startup of US40a, the [USB Smart Card reader] appears on [Safely Remove

Hardware] on the task bar notification area. Although this is removable, but when
it is removed the built-in USB SmartCard Reader can not be used. Do not remove
built-in SmartCard Reader if you want to use it. In case you have removed it and
want to use it again, you need to reboot US40a.
