Possible Cause
• Sensor wire broken
• Defective sensor
• Short circuit in sensor wire
• Defective sensor
Possible Cause
• Lost main power
• Controller internal safety fuse failed
• Appliance defect
• Solar Controller is in manual opera-
tion
• no demand for unit to be on
• Loose wiring
• Interference from neighboring wires
• Long sensor wires lengthened without
shielding
• Controller or Sensor defect
Corrective Measures
• Check wire
• Check sensor resistance, if necessary
replace sensor
• Check wire
• Check sensor resistance, if necessary
replace sensor
Corrective Measures
• Check to ensure that circuit breaker
has not tripped
• Check other 120V components on
circuit to see if they are working
• Check safety fuse in controller, replace
it by a new one, type 2A/T, if necessary
• Consult installer
• Exit menu "Manual operation"
• Wait until temperatures place demand
on system to turn on
• Check pump(s) wiring connections
• Consult Installers
