1.
Check the installation of probes, ensure that they are
fully inserted into Solar Collector and Solar Storage tank.
2.
Check the wiring to the Solar Controller, ensure that
wires are secure in Solar Controller input.
3.
Temporarily switch connection points in Solar Controller
to determine if Temperature probes and Solar Controller
are functioning properly, replace defective probe(s) if
necessary.

Flush system of polypropylene Glycol and replace with
new solution. See Decommissioning and Commissioning
sections for instructions.

Briefly actuate the nitrogen valve, located on the top of
the tank, if nitrogen is released the diaphragm is still in
working order, if water comes out the expansion tank will
need to be replaced.
2.
Contact installer to inspect the system.
1.
Check for leaks and repair as necessary. If operating
pressure is still low, will need to add more liquid to
system (polypropylene glycol or Distilled water)
2.
Check flow meter for air in viewer - release excess air.
3.
problems with system/pressure relief valves, contact
installer to check system operating settings.
1.
Check plumbing connections and repair if necessary

Adjust valves to proper settings

Contact Installer to inspect the system.
