Caller ID/ANI/DNIS Information Mode
ANI/Caller ID
If your telephone is programmed to receive Caller ID names and
numbers, the calling party's name displays. To display the number
while the call is ringing, press
Table 10 shows ANI samples. If Caller ID was activated, then the caller's name and/or number
would appear on the first line.
To activate the Caller ID/ANI or DNIS display mode

Incoming ACD Call
Answered incoming or transferred call.
Display changes to call duration.
Call placed on-hold.
Held call recalls your station.
Station 201 is transferring a call to you
(station 200).
Transferred station (201) hangs up.
Transferred call recalls your station (201).
Call forwarded to your phone.
*Caller ID numbers do not display
