Installing Tension
Lever
To install the tension lever:
1.
Thread the end of the tension lever into the
swivel assembly as shown in Figure 6.

2.
Tighten the lock nut against the swivel
assembly to secure the tension lever.

Installing Sanding
Belt
To install the sanding belt:
1.
Make sure the tension lock knob is loosened.
2.
Move the tension lever into the release posi-
tion as shown in Figure 7.

3.
Make sure the arrows on the inside of the
belt point in the counter-clockwise direction,
and place the sanding belt over both rollers
as shown in Figure 8.
