Stop Training

1. Press BACK to pause training recording.
2. Press BACK again or select
to stop recording altogether.

Detach the transmitter connector from the strap
and rinse the strap under running water after every
use. Wash the strap regularly in a washing
machine at 40°C/104°F after every fifth use.
