OfficeBridge Pro

Users access OfficeBridge Pro by browsing
to the IP address of the device using a
standard internet browser. The OfficeBridge
Pro interface is well laid out, comprised of 8
tabs.

Scan:

This provides a general access point to
documents that have been scanned at the
Muratec F-560 and stored on the MFP with a
user name as the selected recipient.
Documents can be stored with sender
details, a document name and notes
associated with the document.
Once stored, users have a selection of
options available to them including the ability
to send the document to a fax or email
address utilizing the MFPs communication
capabilities. The document can also be
reprinted at the device, downloaded to the
desktop in PDF format, deleted or
resubmitted to the device bulletin board or
circulation list, or submitted for additional
processing by another user. (See later
pages for more information on bulletin board,
circulation list and processing function.) We
liked the ability to view an image of the
scanned document. This can allow users to
check they have the correct document
before carrying out any action.
