5.
Turn the motor housing on its side, on a padded surface,
and remove the housing base.
Identify and mark the orientation of the
NOTE:
wires coming from the motor. Replace the
motor in the same orientation.

Unplug the black wire/connector coming from the motor
and going to the adapter on the relay switch.
7.
Unplug the white wire/connector coming from the motor
and going to the power cord terminal block.

Unplug the red wire/connector coming from the motor and
going to the motor starting capacitor.

Cast motor housings only, remove the green ground wire
using a Phillips head screw driver.
10. Turn the motor housing to where the top is facing up.
11. Using a T-30 torx driver, remove the three (3) M6X24 torx
screws securing the motor to the motor housing.
12. Pull the motor out of the motor housing and oil seal.
13. Replace the motor, motor shaft sleeve, motor screw
covers, and reconnect the wires.
