    The GXV3651_FHD supports IP version 4. The IP address can be set automatically via DHCP, or a static IP address can be set manually. To make the GXV3651_FHD work properly, the user needs to set the DNS configuration properly. For security purposes, the user can also assign the GXV3651_FHD an HTTP Port other than 80.

    Please check whether the IE add-on is installed correctly. Once you log into the GXV 3651_FHD web interface, Internet Explorer will indicate that ―This website wants to install to following add-on: ‗GSViewer. cab‘ from Grandstream Networks, Inc.‖. Please install this add-on when prompted by IE.
