Call Forwarding

Diversion
If you do not want to be disturbed or will be out of the
office, you can have all calls diverted to another
answering position. During diversion you will hear a
special dial tone. You can still make calls as usual.
Diversion can be direct, on no answer or on busy.
Order Direct Diversion from your ext
The call is diverted to an individual position, pre-
programmed by your system administrator.
Note: Diversion can also be ordered or cancelled from the
answering position, use same procedure as in section
"Internal follow-me" page 25.

administrator. Lamp will be lit.
Dial and press.
Cancel Direct diversion from your own ext
