To put an internal call on hold while you
make an external call
Press buttons in order shown
While you are already on an
internal call
Press the
INT
#
button. Your internal call is put
#
on hold and the other person
hears silence.
Dial the external number you
(KEYPAD)
want and speak as normal when
your call is answered.
Press the
RCL
external (consultation) call and
return to your internal call.
To transfer an external call to another
handset or telephone
During a conversation with an
outside caller, you want to transfer
the call to another extension.
Press the
INT
Enter the internal number of the
extension you want to call (
0-9
Press the
hang up. The call is transferred.
Quick call transfer
When the called extension rings you
can transfer the call immediately by
pressing the END CALL button, but if
it is not answered within 30 seconds it
will be returned to your extension.
