Locking your handset keypad

When your handset is locked it prevents
accidental operation of the keypad when
you carry it around. You can still receive
calls.
To lock the handset keypad
Press buttons in order shown
When the handset is ON,
PWR
press and release the
button quickly. The display will
show — — — — — — — — — — — — .
To unlock the handset keypad
Press the
PWR

Making and receiving calls

To make an external call
Make sure the handset is
switched ON.
Press the
PHONE
Dial the number you want.
(KEYPAD)
or
Alternatively you can key in the
(KEYPAD)
phone number then press the
button to dial.

IMPORTANT!
If you have switched off the
automatic external line you will
need to press 0 before dialling.

To end a call
Press the
END CALL
Or
Replace the handset on the
charger.
When 2 external calls are already in
progress and you try to make a call,
you will hear the busy tone.
To receive a call
When the handset rings:
Pick up the handset from the
charger. Speak as normal.
Or, if the handset is not in the
charger
Press the
PHONE
speak as normal.
