To copy the handset phonebook/
individual entries to another Executive
Handset
Press buttons in order shown
While the handset is switched ON:
Press
PHONEBOOK

You will be asked which handset
(KEYPAD)
you wish to copy to. Enter the
handset number (1-8).

TO INTERNAL X (handset number).
The receiving handset will ring.

receiving handset. The receiving
handset will display: RECEIVING
MODE ENTER PIN:
Enter the handset PIN (default
(CODE)
0000) on the receiving handset.

RECEIVING MODE IS ACTIVE. The
Phonebook entry has now been
copied to another handset.

Internal call forwarding

You can forward external calls from your
own extension to any other extension
which is registered to your Diverse ISDN
base station. To do this the extension to
which calls are to be forwarded must have
call forwarding switched OFF, (OFF is the
default setting).
IMPORTANT!
Internal call forwarding is a feature
of your Diverse ISDN base station
and must not be confused with Call
Forwarding ISDN Supplementary
Services which may be offered by
your service provider
