Switching between calls

To switch between one internal and one
external caller.
Press buttons in order shown
During an external call:
Press . Your caller is put on
INT

hold.
Enter the internal number of the
(KEYPAD)
extension you want. When the
phone answers, speak as normal.
Press
TOGGLE

speak to the external caller while
your internal call is on hold.
Press
TOGGLE
TOGGLE
forth between callers as required.
When the internal call is
RESUME
terminated, press
speak to the first caller. To end

During your first external call:

Enter the new phone number

speak to your first caller while
your second call is on hold.
Press

and forth between callers as
required.
When the second external call is

speak to the first caller. To end
