The Load map menu shows the map that
is currently loaded.

If you have entered a home address,
the system automatically starts route
planning to this address. Once planning
is complete, the map is displayed with
active driving guidance.

What is dynamic route
guidance?
Dynamic route guidance calculates the
route, while taking into account current
traffic announcements.
Note:
Dynamic route guidance is not availab-
le for all countries (currently only Bel-
gium, Germany, Denmark, France, Ita-
ly, The Netherlands, Austria, Sweden,
Switzerland and Spain).
TMC reception must be available in or-
der to activate dynamic navigation and
the functions described below. TMC re-
ception is only available when the unit
holder with TMC receiver is used.
Traffic announcements are transmitted
by radio stations via the TMC (Traffic
Message Channel) in addition to the
radio programme and are received and
analysed by the navigation system.
Receiving traffic announcements is free
of charge.
