Loop 4 Save Com- The Save Completed Flag turns ON when writing data from

turning ON bit 14 of CIO (n+12), the Save Bit. The Save Com-
pleted Flag turns OFF when the Save Bit turns ON. (It is OFF
immediately after power is turned ON.)

is waiting for I/O refreshing after power is turned ON or the Unit
is restarted.
PID Con- The PID Constants Calculated Flag turns ON when the PID
