How to reset the password
1. Double-click the SecureHD Login icon on the Desktop.
. In the SecureHD Login window, click Options.
. In the next window, click Reset Password.
. The Reset Password window will launch. Follow the instruc-
tions on screen. You will receive a series of warnings remind-
ing you of the consequences of resetting the password and
giving you the option to cancel.
. If you proceed to reset the password, the HD partition will
be erased.
It may take several minutes for the process to complete.
Once the HD partition is erased, you will see a message tell-
ing you to unplug and plug in the device for the change
to take effect. But before you do, drag the CD PART icon to
the trash. After the CD partition unmounts, you can safely
unplug and then plug in the USB cable from the Drive.
