ty of your DrivePod.) Click on the drive to
highlight it.
3.Click the Erase tab. You should then see
the display shown in Figure 8.
4. In the Volume Format pop-up menu,
select Mac OS Extended. In the Name field
type in a name for your DrivePod.
5. Click Erase. The following warning will
appear: "Erasing a disk will destroy all
information on all of the volumes of the

disk. Are you sure you wish to erase the
disk....?"
6. Click Erase. Once initializing is complete,
you should see the drive mounted on the
Disk Utility screen with whatever name you
assigned.
7. Close the Disk Utility screen. You should
see the drive on your computer's Desktop.
Your DrivePod is now ready to use.
