Using the induction hob
The hob has four heating zones. They are
heated with the aid of a magnetic field, i.e.

cooking takes place faster compared
with a normal glass hob
•
the zone responds "directly" to a
change in the heating setting.
NOTE THAT THE INDUCTION ZONES CAN STILL
BE HOT AFTER USE
The glass in the hob tolerates, heat, cold and
temperature shocks, but is sensitive to
impact. A spice jar or grinder falling onto the
plate could crack it. Never use the hob to
stand on, off-load materials onto or use as a
storage area.
