DO NOT use the unit near any liquids, for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl, kitchen sink or washing
machine, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
CAUTION
DO NOT try and pick up pages until they have finished scanning and are ejected from the machine. Doing this
may cause you injury by trapping your fingers in the rollers.
Some areas of the machine can cause injury if covers (shaded) are closed with force. Take care when placing
your hand in the areas shown in the illustrations.
Be careful when touching the Separation Pad and its surrounding area in the machine. Otherwise, you could
cause injury to yourself, and serious damage to the machine.
