6 Troubleshooting
6.1 Troubleshooting
This section describes common troubleshooting procedures in a question and answer format. If the problem is
not corrected, even after performing the described procedure, contact your service representative.
Why can't the machine be turned on?
This machine has two switches.
Answer
Check for the following.
- Check that the machine's power plug is firmly inserted into the electrical outlet. In addition, check that the
circuit breaker has not been tripped.
- Check that the machine has been turned by using both the [Power] (auxiliary power) key and the main power
switch.
Reminder
If the machine is not turned on after the indicated items have been checked, contact your service
representative.
Why does no screen appear in the touch panel?
If no operation is performed for a specified length of time, the touch panel goes off and the machine automatically
enters a mode where it conserves energy.
