Usingthe probe on the lower convectionoven.(on some models)
For many foods, especially roasts and poultry, internal food temperature is the best test for doneness. The
temperature probe takes the guesswork out of roasting by cooking foods to the exact doneness you want.
The temperature probe has a
skewer-like probe at one end and
a plug at the other end that goes
into the ouflet fl7the oven.
Use of probes
other
than
the
one
provided
with
this product
n]ay
result
in
dainage
to
the
pi'obe
or

coi]trol.
Use the
handles
of the
probe
and
plug

inserting
and
rem(Mng

and
outlet.
Toavoid damagingyour probe, do not use
tongs to puff on the cable when removing it.
Toavoid break/bg the probe, makesure food
is completelydefrosted before insert/bg.
_Mter preparing
the meat and placing
it on a trivet or a broiler
pan grid, follow
these directions
for proper
probe
placement.
Insert

Do not store the probe in the oven.
